Benefitted from being in the centre of Richmond but let down by some details around the property and description Positive: The location was excellent. You are literally in the centre of Richmond. Communication with property owners was fast. Fully equipped. Negative: The property is situated behind some retail stores. To get to the property you have to walk past about 6-7 large trash bins that some were overflowing coupled with various rodent traps. The property is advertised as air conditioned. As it was between 25 & 35 degrees outside I messaged the property owners and they told me there is not air conditioning in the property but there is an AC unit in the kitchen/living room with an external hose out the window. There are some fans in the bedrooms. The unit and fans are not sufficient to cool down the bedrooms. The bedroom windows do not open so can get very hot and stuffy. The beds are UK double beds which are much smaller than a European double. Cleaning could have been better. Generally the property is much smaller than it looks in the pictures.

An excellent location, pleasant helpful hosts, and a well designed apartment in which to relax. Positive: The property was well designed with good taste for a relaxed stay. Negative: Public access area for rubbish collection once a week caused overspill of rubbish to walk past to reach the property.
