Entire House with private garden

This place was awful. It was grimy & hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly at all. There were loose floorboards everywhere, upstairs and down, leaning that wherever we stepped we were catching our toes/tripping/scratching an exposed nail etc. The backyard had pavers that jutted above the Astro turf so the kids kept stubbing their toes & tripping over. The neighbours started an extremely loud renovation that literally shook the walls of the house, and chipped concrete they were jackhammering off kept falling onto the backyard where our children were playing. It was not at all appropriate to have. Guests staying there in those conditions & we had to leave & find other accomodation. Even once these issues are sorted it’s a solid 25 min walk from the station or even a park for the kids to play, & the local shops are crappy. Do not stay here!!
